Little Travelers

At one time, traveling was a part of my lifestyle. Leave describing how much we travel now to my daughter, and she would say we NEVER go anywhere. I will assume she is measuring how much we travel now to my stories I often tell her of my past travels during my corporate career, and as a family before divorce.

To be honest, I have been lazy about packing bags and being an international jetsetter again. Also, traveling today is a lot more complicated since 911, not to mention maneuvering a small child through airport security.  These have been my excuses, but now that Fadzwa is older and a self-proclaimed tween, she has convinced me that it’s high time we packed our bags again and start earning some serious sky miles.

Fadzwa is full of amazing energy and keeps me thinking of ways to have fun. It’s hard to stay in a slump when you have someone around you insisting on living and enjoying life.

To put myself in the hot seat and get her exited about my commitment to start traveling more, buying her a big girl luggage was the next step. We found this super cute travel luggage full of colors and cool features. With plans for at least two international ventures and a few state side visits this year,  we are on our way to a new and improved jetset lifestyle.
